Dee Dee Visit
My mom stayed for almost 2 weeks! What a blessing. The first week the boys recovered from their surgery and it really took a full week. (Don't believe it when the doctor says they will be back to normal in 2 to 3 days after adenoid surgery. No way! Call me :-) The second week Justin was out of town for the week so Dee Dee graciously stayed to help me. Thank goodness! Working full time and these 2 tiny tornados in absolutely exhausting. I can use all the help I can get. Plus the boys had dr.'s appts, new school, and started swim lessons all while I had a stomach bug. Yuck.
Dee Dee and the boys had so much fun. They were WILD and had her wrapped totally around those tiny chubby fingers. Dee has figured out that all hands on deck is required with these 2 around. So the pictures aren't that many but very cute so I wanted to add them. I also have heard stories about rolls of toilet paper making it into the toilet, full bags of goldfish being dumped in her circuit cartridges, doors being left open, bubbles being dumped out, water thrown out of the tub.. ah. The life of 2 19 months old toddler boys :-)
Dee Dee is working on using her camera in manual mode to .. she's getting pretty good! She captured some really good real life moments with these two guys.
Dee Dee and I had so much girl fun together. Making lattes with our new Tassimo machines (fabulous), reading blogs, resting from pure toddler exhaustion, and of course.. cricut projects!!
