Sushi Choo Choo
My friends.. I have a new obsession called the Sushi Choo Choo. I have driven by this place several times. We get a magazine in the mail each month from the Chamber in our area and it has a great section on new businesses that open up. As a former business owner, I love to support local businesses so I thought it would be cool to try. 
The lady who opened it is from California and was surprised when she moved to Houston that we did not have the "moving" sushi concept. Apparently it is popular on the West coast. My friend Jennifer saw it on Real Housewives of OC. Anyway.. while the Armstrongs were visiting Nikki and I went to get pedicures and do some shopping at the outlets. After we finished we called the boys to see what they wanted for dinner and they had already ordered pizza.. so she and I decided.. Girls night! What better time to try the Sushi Choo Choo. It was a blast! There are some tables and a huge long bar that wraps around the restaurant. They sushi chefs are making the sushi at the sushi bar and then it is placed on a conveyor belt that moves throughout the restaurant. The plates are color coded for price. No plates over $4!! The food comes by with little cards that explain what is in the rolls, sashimi, etc. You can actually see what they all look like before you decide what to get. And did I forget to mention it is delicious!! The best part is you can take things one at the time. Eat at your pace and don't have to wait on an order to come to the table. Nikki and I had so much fun and we talked and talked and talked about it all week. I begged Justin to go and he finally said he would so I would stop telling him about it :-)
For the Nikki's last Houston meal, she asked to go the Choo Choo. I was so excited again. We had a great time. There are even chicken nuggets on the line so Charis was able to pick her dinner of the line and she loved it. I am telling everyone I know about this place because I want it to be successful. I am totally on board with the
