Charis Is A Little Mommy

Nikki was very worried when she arrived about how Charis was going to adapt to her little sister being born in March. It didn't take long to realize that the only problem Nikki was going to have was Charis loving them too much! She was a great helper to her mom in taking care of the babies. There were several times that Justin would see Charis by the babies with a blanket and she would be wiping spit up. She also became an expert at putting Beckett's paci back in his mount. These pictures below were not staged. Nikki caught them on her camera phone..

She has a small freak out when Charis puts the blanket over his face. Proceed to a little talking to about only covering the babies feet.

Charis removes the blanket and makes everything alright :-)

I am not used to having a toddler in the house and after she helped me give the boys a bath, failed to empty the bath tub or close the bathroom door. We hear Charis say "uh-oh" and Nikki walks in the bathroom to find her baby doll dripping water all over the floor. She tells me to grab the video camera and come look. Charis was giving her baby a bath!

I think Nikki is going to have plenty of help when baby Addy arrives. In fact, I am missing Charis around here :-)
