Beth Moore Bible Study

I will say that the churches and organizations in the area is one of the best parts of Houston. Living Proof ministries is based here as well as several well known pastors and their ministries. I am so excited about the new bible study I started at Houston First Baptist this week. I have done Beth Moore bible studies before both independently and through videos but I am honored to be able to attend one led by her personally! The topic is the Inheritance and it looks at how we are all co-heirs of Jesus Christ as referenced in Galatians. We are starting with the promise of Abraham in Genesis going through until the final promise of the Alpha & Omega in Revelations. I got there at 5:00 (starts at 6:30) and there were huge lines camped out to get in. I later realized they were rushing for the front (in a chance to be on the taped video we were doing). Since I didn't care I took a great seat in the middle rows. Met some really nice women too. Can't wait to study the Word of God with Beth for the next 9 weeks. Such a blessing!
