17 months and 16 steps

Today the boys are 17 months old! 

 Today Beckett had his first physical therapy appointment at school with his ECI therapist.  He got a GLOWING report. In fact, he made a total of 16 unassisted steps today.  6 in a row one time in fact.  Little stinker. He did exercises from sitting on a low chair to standing.  And then some walking.  Also exercises from standing to stooping down to pick up toys.  We are still waiting on his Sure Step to come in and get fitted. She thinks that will go along way in his confidence and helping with his pronation.  But mostly, its building his confidence and stability.  Insanely proud of my little man in his first therapy appointment.  Love this face on the morning of his appt pushing his wagon.

Eli is doing great.  Just being silly and getting more and more words everyday.  Some new ones we have added are "snack" which is nack nack.  Nana (banana). And in HUGE news.  He finally gives kisses.  This past weekend in Austin, I talked him into puckering those lips and giving me my first real Eli kiss.  Sweet.  Love this face too!

Each day with these 2 is an adventure and I am blessed, grateful, and LOVE being there MOM.  The BEST job in the world!
