O' Christmas Trees!

Every year Justin and I go the Saturday after Thanksgiving and pick out our tree. We were glad to have my parents here during that time so that we were still able to go together and pick out the perfect tree. After 3 different places, we found the winner! Dad let us borrow the Suburban so we could put it on top. In our new house this year we were able to get a bigger tree and had the perfect corner for it. It sat in the living room naked for 2 weeks until we finally found time to get it decorated. Last Saturday, we started the tree and in between taking care of the boys it took all day. We put the boys in their sling and they helped me do some decorating. Of course, we listened to our Christmas music.






The boys also got their first Christmas tree this year. I look forward to the days when they can go with us to pick out their perfect one. They have blue lights to match their nursery. I started their ornaments this year and found some great nautical ones at Garden Ridge. Next up to find the perfect nautical tree skirt. .hopefully at the after Christmas sales. I know the boys will love decorating their tree as we did growing up.
