Baby Shower!!

My friends found out that I can't travel after June and I was coming home for a birthday vacation and quickly put together an amazing shower for us! The house was gorgeous, decorations adorable, food delicious (especially the cakes) and everyone had a great time. We had lots of family and friends that came and stopped by to see us. We had a co-shower since Justin hadn't seen our Birmingham friends either in so long. We caught up, laughed, shared stories, played games, and really had a great afternoon. Jennifer got the cutest memory box and it had little cards in that each person wrote a suggestion or advice for us. Some were really sweet and some were really funny. My sister Gracie wrote "Be cool, don't let your babies drool" :-) We were blessed to receive awesome gift cards that will go along way to helping feed and cloth all these babies. When we left Birmingham after the shower, I was really emotional. I cried before we even got out of the drive way. I just miss Birmingham, and our friends, and our life there, and being able to see our family whenever we want to. The trees, and the hills, and the character, and the lack of traffic (yes, lack for those of you from there that have never lived in Houston :-) I opened my cards on the way to the cabin and read all the wonderful things people wrote us. I am overwhelmed by how much love our friends and family have for us and our babies. We are so incredibly blessed!
